1. What is the per day rental of Xplovan?

2. Do I have to pay a booking amount to reserve the XPLOvan?

Yes, you will have to pay the booking amount to reserve the Xplovan. This booking amount will be adjusted in your Xplovan’s rental. We charge this amount to reserve the Xplovan for you on the dates you choose to travel.

3. What documents do I need?

You will need to provide your Aadhaar/Driving License/Passport, Govt. ID as your identity and residence proof.

4. How far in advance should I book XPLOvan?

5. What is the minimum and maximum rental period?

The minimum period for renting the Xplovan is 1 day. However, there is no maximum period to rent Xplovan. You can choose as many days as you want.

6. Is there an age requirement to rent XPLOvan?

You should be 18-year-old and above to rent Xplovan.

7. Are there any restrictions on who can drive Xplovan?

Yes. We only allow our drivers to drive our Xplovan.

8. Can I take Xplovan across international borders?

No. At present we only allow travel within Indian border.

9. What is included in the rental price?

The rental price is inclusive of everything mentioned in our welcome kit including driver and helper’s fee.

10. Are there any additional fees or charges?

We provide a dining tent with a seating capacity for up to 6 people at a nominal rate of Rs. 1000 per day. Renting the dining tent is completely optional.

11. Will the driver and helper assist us in setting up our tents and other chores?

Yes. They will help you set up the tents and help you with other chores including cleaning to ensure that your stay with us is comfortable

12. Is there a security deposit required?

Yes. There is a security deposit which is refundable after your trip.

13. What happens if there is a damage to the Xplovan during the rental period?

If the damage is caused by you or the group/family/friends/guests traveling with you, the cost for the damage incurred will be deducted from your security deposit. If the damages exceed your security deposit, you will have to bear the additional cost.

16. Can we bring our pets?

Yes, we at XPLOvan are pet-friendly

17. Is non-veg food allowed during the journey?

Yes, you are free to have non-veg food.

18. Is smoking allowed inside the Xplovan?

No. Smoking is not allowed inside our Xplovan.

19. How do I collect and return the Xplovan?

Our driver will pick you up from the location of your choosing. Similarly you will be dropped off at the location of your choosing.

20. What happens if there is an issue with the Xplovan during my rental period?

We have roadside assistance to help you with any issues you encounter during your journey with us.

21. Are there any mileage restrictions?

We have speed governors installed in our Xplovan, so that you don’t have to worry about your safety.

22. Can I rent additional equipments or accessories?

We provide an additional dining tent at a nominal rate of Rs. 1,000 per day for a group of up to 6 people. Other than this all the other equipments such as leisure chairs, hammock, tent, foldable dining table and stools are inclusive of the rental.

23. How do I contact customer support during my journey?

Should you need any additional support during your journey, our driver and helper will help you reach out to us. We have 24/7 wireless internet access which will help you connect with us instantly.
